At Swift Container Solutions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary, and we’re here to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We proudly offer an exclusive 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on containers sold by Swift Container Solutions. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the following fees: inspection, modification, bank charges, cancellation, trucking, and handling fees.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order prior to delivery, we require notification at least 2 business days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to provide advance notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the delivery cost. This advance notice allows the independent driver sufficient time to find replacement work for the cancelled delivery.

Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery or pickup, please inspect the shipping container(s) thoroughly for any damage or defects. Our containers are guaranteed to be structurally sound and watertight upon arrival, but please note that cosmetic imperfections such as dents, dings, repairs, rust, and scrapes are considered normal due to the nature of shipping. If you have concerns about appearance, we recommend painting the container(s) or considering new one trip shipping containers for minimal cosmetic issues.

Return Process for Damaged or Defective Containers

If you receive a shipping container that requires repair or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us before the delivery driver leaves your location. We offer the following repair remedies:

  1. Repair reimbursement
  2. On-site repair by our team
  3. Exchange for a new unit (additional delivery fees may apply)
  4. Refund of purchase price, less applicable fees

Responsibility for Delivery Site

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery route and site are suitable for receiving a large, heavy shipping container. If the driver determines that the delivery route or site is unsuitable, you may be responsible for additional charges. Please address any concerns about delivery requirements or site preparation prior to delivery to avoid unexpected charges.

Returns on Container Parts and Accessories

We accept returns on unused container parts and accessories within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. A 20% restocking fee applies, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Discounted items are not eligible for return.

Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for return shipments. Swift Container Solutions cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s) in unused condition.
